Richard has responsibility for all internal recordkeeping and financial controls. He has additional responsibilities for all regulatory and limited partner reporting for the Ironwood Capital funds. He also serves as the firm's benefits manager.

Richard joined Ironwood Capital in 2001 following a 30-year career with Arbor Acres Farm, Inc. an international poultry breeder.
