Teddy has responsibility for deal origination, industry research, transaction structuring, execution, and portfolio monitoring.  He is an observer on the boards of Acelero Learning and American Reading Company.

He started his career as a consultant with The Parthenon Group and later held positions at Harcourt Education and Silverline Partners.

Teddy is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an M.B.A from the Wharton School.
