Alex Levental, Ironwood Capital managing director, recently participated in an ACG Boston panel on private equity and family office co-investing. Levental addressed how investment and lending opportunities can be optimally structured for a family office investor whose timeline might be measured in generations instead of years. He offered several examples of investments where Ironwood Capital has worked with a family office to
structure a successful co-investment.
