Ironwood Capital Announces Paradigm Window Solutions Acquisition of Vista Window Company
AVON, CONNECTICUT, February 22, 2017 – Ironwood Capital is pleased to announce that Paradigm Window Solutions, a portfolio company of Ironwood Capital, has acquired the assets of Vista Window Company. Headquartered in Warren, Ohio, with a second location in Swainsboro, Georgia, Vista produces a full line of vinyl replacement windows and patio doors. It sells through a network of distribution partners and specialty remodelers in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States.
In conjunction with the transaction, industry veteran and former Simonton Windows president Mark Savan has been appointed as CEO of the combined entity. “Savan has deep expertise in building products and vinyl windows, as well as proven leadership skills. We are excited to have him join the team,” said Ironwood managing director Alex Levental. “I’m thrilled to be joining the organization and very excited about the opportunities to improve our joint capabilities to serve our customers and help them grow their business,” said Savan.
Paradigm, founded in 2001, is a leading manufacturer of premium custom vinyl windows and patio doors in the Northeast.
