Kristen is responsible for financial monitoring and analysis of portfolio companies along with limited partner reporting, portfolio company financial and capital structure monitoring and reporting, and business development and growth strategy support.

Prior to joining Ironwood Capital in 2006, Kristen was a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers within its financial services practice area which served hedge funds, private equity partnerships, mutual funds and insurance companies.

Kristin is a graduate of the State University of New York, Fredonia and is a certified public accountant.
