Carolyn is a founding partner of Ironwood Capital. She serves as Chief Investment Officer and is a member of the firm’s various investment and audit committees.

She is responsible for the oversight of investment selection and portfolio management and all limited partner and regulatory reporting.  Prior to co-founding Ironwood Capital in 1991, Carolyn was an investment professional with Aetna, Inc. where she held a variety of positions in the areas of investment banking and international mutual fund management.

She began her career as an investment banker with Paine Webber Incorporated.

Carolyn is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dartmouth College.
