- Consumer Products

- Value-added Manufacturing
- Specialty Distribution
Our investments typically:
- Range from $2 million to $5 million, with larger transactions routinely completed with co-investment partners
- Are located principally in the eastern United States
- Are in the form of subordinated debt with warrants, but we can also provide preferred stock
- Have a current-pay coupon
- Provide us with representation on the board of directors or observation rights at board meetings
- Involve buyouts, acquisitions, growth capital and recapitalizations
